In this section of the GO Team cold market training 1, we will cover AmeriCAM. AmeriCAM is a virtual office system that is linked to the AmeriPlan ® Back Office. In the top right hand corner of the Back Office you have a link that goes directly to the AmeriCAM system if you choose to take this service. Pricing for AmeriCAM is in three different groups and is additional to the
AmeriPlan ® IBO fees that you already pay. The cheapest package is $14.95 per month and the most expensive package is $49.95 per month.
Included in the cheapest package is a slew of virtual office tools that help you organize and keep track of all the contacts you have made with AmeriPlan ®. This is especially useful if you are constantly recruiting new IBOs and Members because it lets you know where each individual is in the recruiting process. Some people need to have a follow up scheduled and others may be ready to begin their
training. At the same time you may need to call a contact back in the next 2 days after she has a chance to discuss it with her husband. Network Marketing is all about your contact with lots of people and AmeriCAM is tailored to work well with the
AmeriPlan ® system.
The middle package includes your own personal 1-800 number with enough minutes to get you started talking to people outside of your immediate area. When you begin to advertise AmeriPlan ® in things
like newspapers, you will need this for people to call you. Not many people will call a phone number that is long distance unless they really need to, but everyone will call a 1-800 number because there is no
risk.
The top of the line package includes Auto Responder E-mail services. This means that when someone joins on your AmeriPlan ® websites, the system automatically sends them an email thanking them and
giving them all of your contact info and some direction on what to do now. This is the kind of thing you should be doing on your own as a matter of customer service, but with AmeriCAM, the system does it for you.
The system will also send out a series of emails over time to the prospects that you are trying to recruit to
AmeriPlan ® on whatever schedule you dictate. VERY useful if you are advertising nationally.

www.Earnware.com/Ameriplan. On their homepage you will find a Flash movie that gives a very nice presentation on the AmeriCAM system and how it works with AmeriPlan ®. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you watch this video even if you are not planning on using AmeriCAM.
