Section 2: AmeriPlan ® Information and Updates
This section of the Go Team Back Office Training will cover information and updates. The picture to the right is the Information and Updates section of the
AmeriPlan ® Back Office. You will notice that there are several pictures and banners; it can kind of appear as just a
mess. Each picture and banner is a
link to information about what's on the picture. For example; when you click on the green Barrel of Cash banner, it takes you to a page of information concerning the AmeriPlan ® Barrel of Cash meeting times and places. You should spend some time looking around in here; there is wealth of information on lots of different programs. It can take hours to go through it all, so just do a little at a time
whenever you get a chance.
Below all of the pictures and banners there is another section titled "Announcements". It contains
AmeriPlan ® company-wide announcements concerning the inner workings of our business. For example; one of
the announcements is about a change in the AmeriPlan ® Dental Fee Schedule. The Dental Fee Schedule is the price list for all the
dental procedures and the announcement is letting you know that a couple things on that price list have changed.
The
AmeriPlan ® pictures, banners and announcements will change periodically in this section so it's a good idea to check back every few days for new information. If you have any additional questions about
the information in these links, contact your sponsor for help.
