Section 3: Main Menu
This section of the Go Team Back Office Training will cover the main menu. There are 20 buttons on the AmeriPlan ® Back Office Main Menu, but we are only going to concern ourselves with 5 of them. It's a good idea to poke around in here and try all of the buttons to familiarize yourself with the entire website, but when you are first starting your
AmeriPlan ® business you need only know these 5. This page will cover the first 3 buttons and the next page will cover the last 2.

Button 1 - Personal Activity
When you click on this button, it takes you to your AmeriPlan ® IBO and Member Summary. This page shows you how many IBOs, RSDs, SRSDs and so on; that you have in your downline. It tells you how many
applications you have pending and how many people are inactive for one reason or another. Basically; this is where you go to find out anything you need to know about your
AmeriPlan ® downline. This is also where you go to look
at your Sales Group (See Sales Group MR Training).
Button 2 - Earnings
This button takes you to your AmeriPlan ® accounting center. Here you will find all the information you need to "
keep the books" for your
AmeriPlan ® business, including what you should expect to receive in the near future. You can look at all the checks you have received and view your Trust Details to find out what's coming the 18th of the month.

Button 3 - Customer Service
This is where you go to make your commission selection. After you take Sales Group MR Training, you will want to come back here and click on
Commission Selection. Customer Service has a
lot of other things in it as well. You can get the official AmeriPlan ® IBO Manual here along with the AmeriCAM (AmeriPlan ® Communication and Management Center) User Guide. You can change your password and update your email preferences and there are links to the AmeriPlan ® Sales Aid Store and the Spotlight Publication.
