Business Cards
In this section of the Go Team cold market training 1 we will cover AmeriPlan ® business cards. Business cards are the single most common form of personal advertising in any industry. They are useful for both Warm Market and Cold Market. Handing them out to your family and friends in your Warm Market lets them know that you are taking
AmeriPlan ® seriously and you want them to as well. The number of times you will need business cards when dealing with Cold Market is infinite.
If you always have plenty of AmeriPlan ® business cards with you, then you won't have a problem figuring out what to do with them. You can hand them out to anyone you come in contact with, post them on
bulletin boards in restaurants and grocery stores, and leave a few of them on the counter tops of every store you walk into (with permission of course). Believe me when I tell you, you will never run out of places
to put AmeriPlan ® business cards.
There are 2 basic types of business cards. The first is a straight business card and the second is a sizzle card. Sizzle cards are a combination of a business card and a flyer; they will be
covered in the next section. You are always welcome to make your own decision on if you need

A useful tip to consider when you are getting your business cards printed up; don't have your
AmeriPlan ® promotion level printed on the card. Your rank will change and usually much faster than
it takes for you to pass out 500 cards. Instead use the job title; AmeriPlan ® Independent Business Owner, Independent Marketing Executive, National Recruiter (for IBOs), or National Recruiter & Trainer.
