AmeriPlan ® Back Office Rating
I have been using the Back Office now for a few years and I still feel lost in it sometimes. I know my way around but for some reason it’s never really been a pleasant visiting experience. Does the Back Office need to be any easier and more attractive, or is it just a matter of personal taste?

I believe it’s a matter of personal taste… I’ve used the Back Office for so long now that I can find everything I want to know very easily and quickly. When catching up on what my Downline has been doing, the Member and IBO search capability is top-notch.
The only thing I’m upset with is their long delay in posting current corporate news and policies.

I agree with Tom on the fact that Ameriplan isn’t so up to date when it comes to current news.. As a broker it’s my duty to know the latest information. Come on Ameriplan get it together…As for the back office, in my opinion I have no problems what so ever with it…Take the training @ Great dental and health if your having troubles navigating your way though it!
