Florida health laws hold everything up… again
The health law situation in Florida is the most dynamic in the country. This year, Florida is requiring the recertification of all healthcare companies including AmeriPlan ®. So, we wait for the new changes in member packages to take effect whenever Florida gets to us. Should AmeriPlan ® keep Florida seperate and roll out the rest of the country, or wait for the next recount?

I think keeping Florida separate might not be a bad idea.. Ameriplan should all ways keep moving forward to ensure the future and integrity of the company.

Hi Jennifer, the hold up in Florida won’t affect you at all. Florida has always been one of our best states, and we have always complied with all of their laws. This year in Florida, they would like to re-certify all health benefits companies doing business in thier state, so AmeriPlan has submitted all of the information on our 4 new plans. While they review our application (and everyone elses) we are still free to do business with the old 2 plans, but thought it best to wait on the new ones until they are accepted. We don’t have any doubt that they will be accepted, but as a good business practice we would like to stay on thier good side. If you are looking for a good upline to join, I would love to have you on my team! I am the author of this blog, website and all of the training materials within. Please contact me at redcap76@netzero.com if you are interested! (I don’t presure people to run thier own business, that’s why I havn’t called your phone number!)
