New “Paid As” program targets the top

Everyone I know hated the persistency program and cheered when it went away.  Especially the RSDs; because most of them had a difficult time with AmeriPlan ® taking part of their residual.  Now that program is gone, but its been replaced with a program that has the top half grumpy about their builder’s bonus.  As an IBO, how do you feel about these programs?

Too early to tell, but so far so good… seems to be great for the SRSD - ESD population.

I’m happy that the persistency program is now gone.. I can see that the persistency program was good for the fact that it cut off all of the dead weight in the company, but is was bad as well.. As an RSD , I was finding it very hard to sign new members at times, for Ameriplan to take away what I earned was like a slap to the face and a kick to the junk for me.. B.S. if you ask me. If Ameriplan took a little more time and effort to plan that program out a little better, we wouldn’t have had so many complaints.. I think the new program however is great, it reminds the upper levels of this company that they are involved in a growing company and new business is part of there duty if you will….Come on, successful businesses like casinos don’t make a lot of money they’re first year and then close the casino because it’s to much work. Cry me a river why don’t ya! This is a business if you are to lazy to work it and complain about it, then hire someone to do the work for you!! You can take that to the bank!
