Disposable Warm Market?
It’s been my experience that many people don’t have a problem reaching RSD with their warm market, but then they immedietly have to begin replacing them with Cold Market people. Family and friends can be great favors for your initial promotion, but that’s all they are; favors. Can family and friends really be producers, or are they just a warm up?

I believe it’s great to sign any one person when you start. It’s a great boost of confidence. I just don’t personally recommend starting with your close family, especially if your a young broker just starting out. Everybody’s situation is different though!
