The Ripple Effect

I am an SRSD and I would like to recieve my Builder’s Bonus from my developing downline sales groups.  In order to do so, I need to add at least $100 to my sales group each month.  My Upline would like to recieve their Builder’s Bonus every month because my sales group keeps growing.  In order to do so, they need to add at least $100 to their sales groups each month (or whatever dollar amount for their rank).  The trend continues all the way to the top.  Is this what will really happen, or will the new system just invite people to leave?

I think only time will tell Ameriplan use to not have so many rules in place. I know it usually for the best, but is it necessary?

I like the new system. Well, let’s just say that I like it better than Persistency. I was angry when they took away part of the Residual Income that they had promised me. Delivering on the promise… NOT! I don’t mind having to earn my Builders Bonus. If you work your business you get your bonus… if you don’t, you won’t. Simple.

As an ESD I need to make $150 in personal MR each month to retain my Paid-As ESD status. Not a problem, so far.
