You may have noticed that conference call reminders are now coming through the email in the back office. The Go Team training site has a conference call page, but they change frequently now and the updates in the back office are much more up to date. If you are an AmeriPlan IBO, please make sure and pay attention to the updates coming through the back office. There is a lot of good information passed on in the conference calls.

A long time leader in AmeriPlan ® is leaving us to pursue other passions. We have all looked up to Mark and his wife Tracy and we wish him all of gods love and blessings in whatever he decides to do. Tracy Jarvis is still involved with us and will continue to help guide their team to success and new leaders are emerging every day! What kind of impact do you think this will have on the rest of the AmeriPlan ® IBO community?

During the last few months, Dallas and the surrounding area were getting pounded with bad weather and a very large amount of rain. I was surprised that during that period the AmeriPlan ® servers never really slowed down and business always seemed to be on time. Did anyone else notice any problems?

Why in the world do you have to pay for a program to get more detailed and timely emails from AmeriPlan ®? I get email directly from them in the back office whenever someone signs up, and that’s about it. I don’t use AmeriCAM so I can’t tell you exactly what extra information they send but shouldn’t you get the same thing straight from AmeriPlan ®?

AmeriCam has been an office extra in the AmeriPlan ® back office for a couple years now and some people swear by it. Other IBOs don’t see a need for it or already have something else in place to fill the need. A 1-800 number, auto responder email and your own @ameriplan.net email address are all part of AmeriCam but is it worth the cost per month? There are many other solutions to the problems that AmeriCam solves but the convienience of having them all in the back office make it worth the $50 per month to some IBOs. Cars also have lots of available options when you buy them new. Some of them shouldn’t even be options (like AC) while others are just rediculous (like a $700 chrome cup holder). Is AmeriCam more like air conditioning or a cup holder?

I have been using the Back Office now for a few years and I still feel lost in it sometimes. I know my way around but for some reason it’s never really been a pleasant visiting experience. Does the Back Office need to be any easier and more attractive, or is it just a matter of personal taste?
