You may have noticed that conference call reminders are now coming through the email in the back office.  The Go Team training site has a conference call page, but they change frequently now and the updates in the back office are much more up to date.  If you are an AmeriPlan IBO, please make sure and pay attention to the updates coming through the back office.  There is a lot of good information passed on in the conference calls.

The broker packet has always been standard issue for new IBOs, but now there are other options.  A new IBO now has the ability to sign up for $50 without the extra $45 for a broker package.  The broker packet is now available online along with the go team training if the new IBO would rather do it the new way.  For new IBOs that sign up without the broker package, you will recieve your regular residual income, but no advance.  This is not a promotion or a short term thing, but a permanent new way to sign up IBOs to the business.

Websites like Digg and Twitter are all the rage these days, and the seem to be getting even more popular.  Social networking is now the way that people in the U.S. meet and keep up with their social circle.  Like the chatrooms of old, these sites allow people to have an ongoing conversation with whoever wants to talk.  You can bookmark all of your favorite websites and resources and share them with the rest of America.  Using this medium could be very profitable if you can figure out how.  Does anyone know how to use these tools and how to do it effectively, or is this just another passing trend that will quickly be replaced with another?

The economy is in shambles… the good news is that this isn’t the first time this has happened.  The U.S. economy has actually gone through dozens of recessions and we have always come out of them.  When the economy is recovering, new business start ups are at their highest.  This could be the perfect opportunity for you to approach your warm market because everyone is looking to make more income and Ameriplan really works.  If you haven’t targeted all of your warm market yet, now is the time!

We have teamed up with a financial planning firm that is working with Ameriplan® to help IBOs with debt consolidation, forclosure and various other problems.  The program usually costs $100, but IBOs can use the service for $30.  There are also 2 other programs in the works for customers that will be released in the near future.

President Obama’s new initiative on universal healthcare is promised to help all americans get coverage on the taxpayer’s dime.  Health insurance stock plumeted on the news and many people from both sides of the isle have come out against such an idea.  Canada and several other nations have tried this type of socialized healthcare in the past and they haven’t gone well.  Do you think this is a good idea and how will it affect health in America?

The new TOP program for trainers is now in full swing, and it ads a whole new way to make money with AmeriPlan.  I am not in the TOP program myself because I think that the SGMR part of my income is complicated enough, but I am curious how it all works.  Once I can get some good solid information on this, I will add it to my training program.  If you know how this program works or are participating in it yourself, please let comment on your experience!

Recently, Ameriplan® started offering a new type of IBO sign up called the TOP program.  It costs more, but it allows IBOs to access a new type of income stream.  It requires an IBO to not olny sign up for the TOP program themselves, but also to sign up new IBOs in the TOP program.  I personally elected not to participate in this one because I think the Ameriplan® pay system is complicated enough.  If you are an IBO in this program, please share your experience!

Blogging and social networking have become very big in the MLM areas.  Classified ads in print used to work well before everyone got online.  Now, we have classified ads on the internet and they have become more used than anything in print.  Finding the right place to advertise can be time consuming but it’s usually free to anyone with the time.  Has anyone tried any of these mediums besides me?  What kind of experience did you have?

When I first started my AmeriPlan® business, I went after my warm market and got a few IBOs and members.  The majority of my warm market fit in the “show me the money” catagory and recently I had the opportunity to go back to those people 5 years later.  I always wondered what would happen when I did show them the money, and now I know!  My warm market was completely different the second time around.  Has anyone else had a similar experience?
