Brochures
This section of Go Team cold market training 1 will examine brochures. Brochures have been the bread and butter of
AmeriPlan ® local advertising for many years. They are slowly being replaced by the DVDs and the Magazine, but the brochures are still one of our best tools. As always, the only place you can purchase the 80% Dental Brochure is from the AmeriPlan ® Sales Aid Store. You can get there by going to Site Index in your Back Office, and then follow the link for AmeriPlan ® Sales Aid Store. Prices are $5.00 for 25, and $125.00 for 1000. You can also get the 50% Health Brochure for the same costs.

The procedure to follow with the AmeriPlan ® brochures is always the same. The first thing you need to do is personalize every one of them as soon as you get them. There is a blank box printed on the bottom
of the back side. Inside this box you will need to put all of your contact information so whoever picks this up will know who to call. You should put Your Name, Your Phone Number, Your Email
Address, and Your
AmeriPlan ® Website Address. Inside the brochure is a mail in form (if they don't want to use the internet), you need to put Your IBO Number at the top of this form. It's a lot of work putting all of this information on each brochure, so AmeriPlan ® IBOs have been using shortcuts for a long time. You can use preprinted stickers or a rubber stamp with your information on it to fill in the blank
box on the back. You can also use preprinted stickers or a rubber stamp for the form on the inside. If you are interested in purchasing either the stickers or the stamp, I recommend
Vista Print. You should be able to get everything you need for under $20.00.

After you get your information on all of your
AmeriPlan ® brochures, you need a place to put them. There are almost as many uses for the brochures are there are for business cards. They can be handed out
to almost anyone in any situation, you can leave them in coffee shops and airport terminals or anywhere that people gather and then wait. The best use for them in my opinion is in small business shops like gas
stations and liquor stores. You will of course need to get permission from the manager or owner, but most of the time they are happy to oblige. If you like this idea as well, you can purchase Brochure Stands
from the AmeriPlan ® Sales Aid Store for $8.00 per stand, then just check them once a week and refill as necessary.
