The AmeriPlan ® Chiropractic Program works exactly the same as AmeriPlan Dental ®.
AmeriPlan ® chiropractors are all carefully certified and there is no limit on how many times you can see them. Your program also include discounts on
all required x-rays the chiropractor might need. Below is the 3 step procedure for how to use the AmeriPlan ® Chiropractic Program from Great Dental and Health:

Locate A Provider - Find a chiropractic provider in your area; to locate a chiropractor,
follow the
Locate A Provider link at the top of this website.
- Call The Chiropractor - Let them know you are an AmeriPlan ® member and that you would like to get your initial consultation. Make an appointment for an exam and when you go see them be sure to bring your
AmeriPlan ® membership card with you.
- Pay The Chiropractor - Your initial exam is free, the chiropractor will present you with all of your options for the services you need. After your first exam, you must pay the chiropractor their discounted fee during your visit for whatever service they perform.
