 Family of IBOs!

The Day One Document
I wrote this document several years ago in an effort to properly welcome new IBOs to the AmeriPlan ® family. There are alot of IBOs in this company that market the business opportunity to be something it isnt. I want my downline to learn how to make this business work for them, not the other way around.

AmeriPlan ® Day 1 Document

Section 7 of 12
How Much and When Do I Get Paid
Now that we have covered the psychology, I hope that Vision has been instilled into all of you. So let’s hit the books and learn how AmeriPlan ® works so we can give you
some inspiration and the tools to succeed.
Let’s talk about the compensation program so you will understand exactly how much money we’re talking about here. AmeriPlan ® is a “residual income system” meaning that when you
sign a member, you receive an income from their membership every month that they are enrolled.
A Dental Plus Membership costs $19.95 per month and includes Dental, Vision, Prescription, and Chiropractic, and covers every person that lives in your house including non family
members. Dental Plus memberships average about 3 to 6 years. I’m just using averages here to work the numbers on paper, some of your members will stay a month and
some will stay ten years, we are just referring to the overall averages of
AmeriPlan ® over its 17 year lifespan so far.
You receive 20% of the membership per month for its lifespan, so if it’s a Dental Plus membership; 20% of $19.95 is $3.99. Here is a paying example:
|
You have personally enrolled:
|
4 Platinum Plus Members
4 Dental Plus Members
|
$10.00 x 4 = $40.00
$3.99 x 4 = $15.96
|
Your Total monthly income: $55.96. You aren’t even an RSD yet but you are already making money. And even if you go on vacation for
a month or two, you will still receive that income as long as they stay on the books. There are a lot more members in this world than IBOs, but in the beginning it might be easier for you to
start with IBOs because they are people you know.
When you initially join as an IBO, these numbers are the only ones you need to be concerned about because you don’t start making money from the people your IBOs recruit
until you get promoted. With each promotion you get access to the income stream one link further below you all the way to 5. AmeriPlan ® is set up to help you succeed and you must help your down
line succeed to help yourself, get it?
So let’s learn about the ranks in
AmeriPlan ® so you can see how your focus will change with each promotion. When you join, you are an IBO until you have at least $300 in total monthly sales
(6 platinum plus members for example); then you get promoted to RSD (Regional Sales Director). Even though the requirements may seem small, this may possibly be the hardest thing you have to do in this company. You
experience the most rejection in the beginning, so this promotion is a BIG deal in AmeriPlan ®. Once you do make RSD you receive a vested contract from AmeriPlan ® that allows you to will your
income and business to anyone you choose should you die, or you may sell your whole business. You also start your very own “sales group”; now don’t get this confused with down line. Down line and Sales
group are two different things. Your down line is anyone that you recruit, and their down line is anyone that they recruit. Your sales group works a little differently and requires an explanation.
There is an entire training program on Sales Group MR, and it is included in the Go Team Training Camp. In order to get promoted from here all the way to the top gets easier
(although you get the highest reward from the people directly below you, so more is better…).
The next promotion is SRSD (Senior Regional Sales Director) this is also a difficult promotion to receive because it requires you to change your focus a little bit to
something that you might need more instruction for, and that’s training and motivating others to do the same thing you did. You get this promotion when you can make 3 of your IBOs successful by
reaching RSD themselves. By the time you reach SRSD you will make an average of $600-$1000 per month in residual income. You can do this in the first 3 months if you are a warrior
champion, the rest of us will reach this in about a year. Now some of you at this point might be saying “$600-$1000 per month, that’s not very much after a year”. The way I see it, you have
made a residual income in one year that will pay most people’s mortgage payment.
The next promotion is ESD (Executive Sales Director) and from here on out the promotions are a lot more function and a little less intervention. You may be called upon by
your down line to speak to some of their IBOs for inspiration, ESD and above get a lot of respect in the
AmeriPlan ® world. You get this promotion when just one of your IBOs becomes an SRSD. In dollar terms we’re talking about an average of $1500-$2500
per month. A warrior champion will make this promotion in 1 year or less, the rest of us in about 2-3 years. This is the promotion
where most people that have been doing it part time because they were working full time will feel comfortable quitting their regular job. If you would like to leave your job in less than 2-3
years, then work harder!
The next promotion is SESD (Senior Executive Sales Director). You make this promotion when 2 of your IBOs become SRSD. In dollar amounts your monthly income will now be an
average of $3000-$4500 per month. The warrior champion will make this in about 18 months. The rest of us will get here in 3-5 years. $50,000 per year in 3-5 years, that’s not bad at all!
The next promotion is the one most of us strive for. NSD (National Sales Director) is the top of the food chain for the hundreds and hundreds of people who have made it
there in the last 17 years. To get this promotion, you must develop 3 of your IBOs into SRSD. Now were talking really big numbers. The average NSD makes around $100,000 per year. That’s
over $8000 a month! Warrior Champions will get here in 2 years or less, for the rest of us we’re looking at 4-6 years.
The last promotion is currently unrealistic compared to all of the other promotions. NVP (National Vice President) is as high as it goes. To reach this rank, you must have
4 NSDs on your first level, 3 NSDs on your second level, and 2 NSDs on your third level, 1 NSD on your forth level and at least $15,000 in fees from your personal sales group, called your MR
(monthly revenue). Only 8 people have achieved this so far because of the massive requirements. They didn’t want this rank to get flooded because the NVPs along with the Bloom brothers make
all the rules for our organization. The income for these 8 NVPs is $600,000 - $1.5 million per year. It doesn’t matter if you’re a warrior champion or not, getting here will take many years.
So the promotions in order are IBO, RSD, SRSD, ESD, SESD, NSD, and NVP. If this all seemed a little confusing, make yourself read it several times. If it still doesn’t
make sense, then by all means, contact your up line and ask for clarification.
