How The AmeriPlan Dental ® Program Works.
Once you become an AmeriPlan ® member, you have access to your dentist at your discretion. You decide who your family's dentist will be and you can change to a different dentist whenever you want without notifying anyone. How to use the
AmeriPlan Dental ® Program from Great Dental and Health is outlined below in 3 simple steps.

Locate A Provider - Find a dentist in your area; you may have many choices but all AmeriPlan ® dentists are recertified every year. To locate a dentist follow the

- Call The Dentist - Let them know you are an AmeriPlan ® member and ask if they are accepting new patients. If they are then make an appointment for an exam and go see them. The dental office will want to see your
AmeriPlan ® member card so make sure you have it with you.
- Pay The Dentist - After your exam, the dentist will present you with all of your dental problems and solutions. The dentist can tell you
how much it will cost as an AmeriPlan ® member and you can decide if and when you would like to have it done. You must pay the dentist their discounted fee during your visit for whatever service they perform. In the case of expensive work (like braces), most dental offices will make payment arrangements with you on a per month basis but they will discuss all of your options with you before you decide.
