More about Builder's Bonus

    Builder's Bonus currently has no restrictions. In the past, AmeriPlan ® has tried to implement a few different programs to keep IBOs working. After a few months and a few complaints, they have decided that all IBOs that are SRSD or higher on March 1, 2008 will be exempt from all future restriction programs. The goal here is to keep IBOs productive instead of just riding their downline, but after many debates, a fair program seems difficult to achieve. Below is the program that they recently abandoned.

"Paid As" Status

    The policy only affected those IBOs who had achieved the rank of SRSD and above. In order to receive your Builder's Bonus, you had to ad to your personal sales group every month. The requirement for the amount increased with each promotion, so it wasn't possible for people to just get rich off their downline doing all the work. Each month that you made this requirement, you received your builder's bonus; and if you didn't make the requirement, you didn't receive it that month. Your personal sales group includes everyone that you recruit personally. Your downline IBOs that do not have their own sales groups yet will also contribute everyone that they recruit to your sales group until they become RSDs.

Here is what you needed...

SRSD (Senior Regional Sales Director)
"Paid As" status requirements:
$100.00 in personal Sales Group MR each month

ESD (Executive Sales Director)
"Paid As" status requirements:
$150.00 in personal Sales Group MR each month

SESD (Senior Executive Sales Director)
"Paid As" status requirements:
$200.00 in personal Sales Group MR each month

NSD (National Sales Director)
"Paid As" status requirements:
$250.00 in personal Sales Group MR each month

     AmeriPlan ® is always trying to keep it fair for everyone, so this policy is gone. At some point in the future a new program will take its place, but by the time you reach SRSD it shouldn't be a problem to get 5 Dental Plus members in a month; especially since your new IBOs will also contribute.
