How To Use The AmeriPlan ® Vision Program

AmeriPlan ® vision is administered through Coast to Coast Vision; an existing vision provider network.
Coast to Coast Vision is a leader in vision care and well recognized in the industry. On your
AmeriPlan
® membership card there is a Coast to Coast Vision logo that all of our vision program providers look for. Below is the 3 step procedure for how to use the AmeriPlan ® Vision Program:

Locate A Provider - Find a vision program provider in your area; most of them are very well known like Sears and Lens Crafters. To locate a vision provider,
follow the
Locate A Provider link at the top left of this website. You may also call 1-800-647-8421 for more provider information.
- Call The Vision Provider - And let them know you are a Coast to Coast Vision member. Make an appointment for an exam and be sure to bring your
AmeriPlan ® membership card with you when you go see them. If you are just purchasing products, you don't need an appointment.
- Pay The Vision Provider - Their discounted fee for all performed services during your visit. You will receive significant discounts on all the products and services you purchase including frames and lenses. Contacts are available through mail order only and can be arranged by calling
1-800-647-8421.
